1. How long will it take for my incubator to arrive?
- Processing time: 1–3 business days.
- Delivery time: 4–15 business days within the United States.
- Tracking is provided by email once your order ships.
- Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

2. How do I return a product?
- We accept returns of unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. If the item is defective/DOA, we’ll provide a free replacement or full refund after inspection.
- How to start: email service@eggbloom.com with your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable). We’ll reply with return instructions.
- Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified defect or our error.

3. How can I cancel my order?
- If your order hasn’t shipped, email service@eggbloom.com with your order number and the requested change/cancellation.
- Once dispatched, we’re unable to modify or cancel the shipment. Returns are accepted within 30 days as described above.

4. How can I track my package?
- You’ll receive an email with your tracking number after dispatch. You can also check order status on the Track Order page.

5. How do I know if my order has shipped?
- We’ll email you when the order ships, including the tracking number.

6. I just placed an order but some information (address/phone) is incorrect—how can I modify it?
- Please email service@eggbloom.com as soon as possible. We can assist if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

7. What should I do if the item is damaged in transit?
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box, label, and the item.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or solution and handle the carrier claim on your behalf.
- Tip: When receiving the package, inspect the carton and note any visible damage to the driver before signing, if applicable.
- Please keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.

8. Do you ship internationally or to Alaska/Hawaii?
- We currently ship within the United States (50 states).
- We do not ship to U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico or Guam), APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes at this time.

- Common species include chicken, duck, goose, turkey, quail, and birds like pigeons, parrots (see each product page for capacity/support).
- Do not mix species in one batch—temperature/humidity needs differ significantly.

2. How stable are temperature and humidity?
- Smart temperature protection: sensors help maintain steady conditions and trigger an audible alert if temperatures drift.
- Humidity management: add water as indicated to maintain the recommended range; monitor via the display/window.
- Environment matters: place the unit in a stable room (20–25 °C / 68–77 °F), away from direct sun, drafts, or sudden temperature changes.

3. Will power outages affect the hatching process?
- Keep the lid closed to retain heat. Some models support external backup power; please check your specific product page for details.

4. How noisy is it?
- Units are designed for quiet home use. Actual noise may vary by model and environment.
- Place on a stable, level surface to minimize vibration; suitable for tables, bedrooms, and living rooms.
