Questions about orders

• 1. How long will it take for my incubator to arrive?

  • We are always trying to get products as fast as possible to you! On average it will take 4-15 business days. Sometimes it will be much faster than that but in rare cases it can take longer as well. We will always keep you updated on the shipping process.

• 2. How to return a product?

  • If you would like to request a return or replacement, please contact customer service by email, provide the order number, return and exchange card, and explain your reason.
  • Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund a product, provided (in the case of any non-defective products) it has not been unnecessarily handled, i.e beyond the handling that you would do in a shop to decide whether to purchase the product.
  • Return the product in its original packaging, you should send product back to Eggbloom center.
  • Please note that our products fees are fully refund to you, but shipping charges are non-refundable.

• 3. How can l cancel my order?

  • lf your order hasn't shipped yel, you can cancel it from your account. Go to Orders, click on the order you want to cance, and cick the"Cancel This Order link.
  • If we have already processed your order, we may not be able to cancel it. We also accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
  • Note: If the order has been shipped and needs to be returned, you need to return the product to us. After we check the product, we will refund you, but we will not refund the shipping fee and handling fee.

• 4. How can I trace my packageg?

  • Once the parcel has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number to follow the shipment and probable date of delivery.

• 5. How do I know if my order has been shipped?

  • Once the order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number.

• 6. I have just made an order , but some information(the size, the address, the phone number) is incorrect, how can I modify the order?

  • If you wish to make a modification please contact us so we can make it before shipping.

• 7. What should I do if the equipment is damaged during transportation?

  • If an item arrives damaged:
  • If damage is discovered after opening the package, please contact us immediately, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
  • All merchandise becomes your property once we hand it over to the freight company.The freight carrier is responsible for complete and safe delivery of your merchandise.
  • It is your responsibility to inspect the merchandise when it is delivered. If the freight carrier fails to deliver your merchandise in good condition, it is your responsibility to note the damage before signing for it.
  • Contact us immediately, so that we can file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Photos of the package, shipping label and damaged merchandise are required to file a claim and receive a refund or replacement.
  • If items arrive damaged, are defective, or the wrong merchandise was sent. Issues must be reported within 30 days of purchase.

• 8. About Taxes and Duties?

  • When ordering internationally, your local customs office may assess import taxes or duties.
  • Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you have ordered from us arrive in your country.
  • We advise you to find out about the local regulations prior to ordering from us. We are unable to provide you with advice or information on tax rates and customs charges in your country.
  • If you refuse delivery of a parcel due to import duties or taxes, you assume all liability for all costs involved in returning the item to us.

• 1. What types of eggs are suitable for hatching in our incubator?

  • The core design of Eggbloom's incubator focuses on bringing you an efficient and reliable incubation experience, especially good at incubating:
  • Poultry such as: chicken eggs, duck eggs, goose eggs, turkey eggs, quail eggs, etc.(check specific product description)
  • Birds such as: pigeons, parrots, etc.(check specific product description)
  • Note: The incubation parameters of different egg types vary significantly. For example, quail eggs only need about 17-18 days to hatch, while goose eggs need more than 30 days; duck eggs and goose eggs have much higher humidity requirements in the later stages of incubation than chicken eggs. It is strongly recommended that users consult authoritative incubation guides or materials for the specific egg types to be incubated. It is forbidden to incubate different egg types together (temperature and humidity conflicts)

• 2. How accurate is the temperature and humidity control in the incubator?

  • Note: The temperature and humidity stability inside the incubator greatly depends on the stability of the environment. Please ensure that the device is placed in an environment with suitable temperature (20-25°C), no strong wind, no sunlight, and no drastic temperature fluctuations.

• 3. Will power outages affect the hatching process?
