Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States.
We do not deliver to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses or P.O. boxes.

Processing and transport lead times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days after placement.

�� Standard Delivery: 4-15 business days.Total estimated delivery time (processing + shipping): 5–18 business days.
�� Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach areas within our service region may require longer shipping times and carries a higher risk of delays or lost shipments, but we do not charge extra shipping fees within our covered areas.

Update Address

Once an order has been placed, the shipping method cannot be changed. However, you can still contact our customer service department. Please do this as soon as possible during the order processing stage.

We use YunExpress for product shipments.

Delayed delivery

Should any items in your order be temporarily out of stock, we'll immediately ship the available products to you at no extra cost. You'll receive a detailed email within 24 hours to:
✓ Confirm shipped items with tracking numbers
✓ List any delayed items with restock dates
Important: Unavailable items will be automatically canceled & refunded within 48 hours unless you reply to hold your order.

Package Lost

What If My Order Shows as Delivered But is Missing?

If your tracking shows the item as delivered but you haven’t received it, here are a few steps to take (ideally within 24 hours of the delivery notice):
1. Confirm your shipping address.
2. Check mailbox and other entrances to your home.
3. Check if someone else from your household or a neighbor accepted the package.
4. Check around your home for delivery attempt notice.
5. Contact the carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.) with your tracking number to start a claim.
6. Sometimes carriers communicate delivery prior to arrival, so we suggest waiting 24 hours.
If it has been 24 hours or more since the delivery notification and you still haven't received the product, please contact our customer service and provide the claim number for additional assistance. If the shipment is confirmed "missing", we are responsible for re-shipment or refund according to your preference.
Any claim for a missing item must be submitted within 3 days of receipt. Inquiries made later than 3 days after delivery may not be resolved due to factors beyond our control.
